Photo of tui - didn't turn out as sharp as I hoped but not too bad. It flew away before I could try get better shots.

Partial Eclipse this morning visible from Wellington. Only penumbral phase was visible from here. We missed the phase where the shadow of the earth starts to cross the moon (Those from Chch south could see that).

Here's a picture of a coupla wood pigeons, Kereru, sitting on some power lines out on the street.

Our flowering cherries at peak blossom right now. Filled with Tui and the hum of bees. Been trying to take some pics today

Quite unusual to see a Tui at ground level. Photo taken this morning. Also have taken some videos which I've joined together and will post later, currently uploading to youtube.
