Yes no doubt they are cranks,interesting by way of how are they going to prone NIWA'a records are incorrect, it seems just a waste of court time really,oh well its lawyers that are the winners

from what I have read, they are claiming the adjustment method (for stations that have moved) was not internationaly recognised?
if the internationaly accepted way of doing it is used, a warming trend is still there, but not as much
and so they are arguing that the pressure put on the govt etc re our warming is based on data that is not accurate?
I think the govt are using the whole global situation as a whole and not just our data warming trend you would think and so is this really just an argument between salinger and this group that has gone all the way to the high court?

The methods used are robust and do not depend on Salinger's original research. Treadgold and his friends are really just vexatious.
