Well just got the odd snow flake coming in now. Very very light. temp is rising which is abit strange. on 2.2 but went as low as -0.1

Nice breif snow shower here too very wet thick flakes though still quite big and formed a light sediment base on wooden surfaces.
Dropped from 3.0C to 1.4C with that shower, brrr looks like more coming up the coast be better if they were more frequent though.

Nothing much here. Only 1mm all up for today.Some graupal and sleet flurries after 10pm.

im goign to stay up to see what this next line does and then head to bed.. might wake up early hours to see whats going on. :lol:
my car is still got a nice base of snow on it, just a dusting so far.

Now having a heavy graupel shower with a few snowflakes...it keep changing every few minutes

Thick snow shower just passed through as I happened to wake. Grass outside is now covered white but just thin layer. Need more shower activity..

All 4 seasons here in Reefton yesterday - sunshine, heavy rain, hail, snow, sleet. Woke up this morning to -1.7 and freezing fog :?

Yeah one woke me around 1.10am... sure is cold this morning, got down to 3.7C here (coldest since July) - and tonight looking even colder!

we must have had big hail showers here overnight....its pilled up against the south side of the house,in places.... still there now this morning :)

Well it was nice while it lasted, i never really expected anything to major. but had some decent snow shower about 9 30 last night.
Woke up to nothing on the ground, and would of missed that snow shower at 2 30am leighton as i would have been sleeping lol.
Those showers last night seemed extremely scatterd, not chain shower like, as we typically see with those cold fronts. if it had of been like that we would of had a few cm by dawn.
