Best. Electrical Storm. Eva.
I've just plugged in the 'phone and DSL cables again after a hell lightning storm over the High Country. It was easily the most spectacular I've ever seen, and I can't wait to check the image archives of my All Sky Cams up on Benmore Peak!

Could see lightening over to the West in the early hours of this morning, between 12pm and 2am, from Rolleston. Just very gusty wind out here though and clear sky.

The observatory cameras and lightning detectors collected some staggering images and data. I wish I'd been up there at the time!
