Slight frosting here in Geraldine this morning, down to minus 0.8.
Slight frost burn on the potato leaves. 8-o

Same here, but very light, ice on the roof of the car but windows not, smack on +1deg the low

Very light frosting on the grass and car roofs this morning, reached as low as +1.5deg

Few frost reports this morning about the area, not here though. Where the Hurunui river leaves the Amuri plains is a frost zone, saw potatoes burned off today down there.

NW wind hung in there overnight, 6.2deg was as cold as it got.

Overnight low of 6.2deg with a light NW wind, can we get through the three spring months with no subzero temps.

Thanks for posting. This past winter was great example, not only getting shorter but frosts are over the last two winter were no where as cold.
