Those 10 years have gone very fast.
I was there when the tornado struck, with Roger Hill on a storm chasing tour.
We were aware of what was going on as per computer data, but stuck in a traffic line at Rangeline Road.
We advised people to get out but many were casual about it.
The tornado was rainwrapped which made it even worse.
I did revisit Joplin in 2014 and the town has been cut in half.
RIP to everyone affected by this tragic event.
Who put the LED's on the lightning arrestor ?
