Yes they do

There is a big building in the suburb of Kelburn in Wellington which has been there for a number of years. Professional people work in there with really updated computer model systems in place in there. With regard to to this recent system moving over Aotearoa/NZ, they did a good job, also Tony's Prediction, but on the plus side, thank goodness there wasn't extensive flooding, whatever by what their predictions were. Like Covid-19, best to be on the safe side in all scenarios. That is why they tend to over-forecast thunderstorms, maybe ?
