Dry but not Summery

Unread post by Michael »

From a rather old thread...
Weather in Auckland is particularly stable at the moment and has been for the last month.

It is getting drier but its still not really summery due to the anticyclones being close enough but still enough north to give us "the western cloud scenarios" and onshore SW apart from the last two days the spring has been unremarkable even for those seeking active depressions and moist easterly flows.
Perhaps the drieness could be a prelude to shallow easterly flows over the summer and lots of highs? :)
