Does GMT change with our DST?
IE download the South African weather map and before daylight time the 00hrs one was uploaded after 4pm now its near 6pm with DST.
Can anyone explain this?

GMT does not change.
NZST is 12hrs ahead, but NZDT is 13hrs ahead.
Meteorology uses GMT because its standard fixed time.
I guess in the UK, British standard time is the same as GMT but British daylight time is 1 hour out.

what it means is that you have to wait 1 more hour now to get the latest updates.....
