Oh yes it pelting down here also. Mainly between Sydney and Gympie (155km north of Brisbane)

Brisbane's lowest yearly total was 411.5mm recorded way back in 1902. This year's total so far stands at 603mm.

Brisbane and surrounding areas have recorded some excellent rainfalls today (currently 46mm for Brisbane), inland areas havent done too bad as well with falls over 10mm.

Looks like severe storms developing in the region and NE NSW state too for tonight!
