Come on guys you have to start calling there forcasts NOWCASTS as they seem to chop and change the forcasts on the day with sum frequency now let alone forcast the correct temp here in chch. and wind,they have been saying SW all day and its been NE.Michael wrote:See they(metservice) has downgraded it to SW now and can plainly be seen by reading the synoptic chart wheres the NE tommorrrow,AKLD forecast saying winds tending NE and seem to be issuing correct forecasts only on the day now.

Yes you wonder what the meterologists are on the last 2 weeks given their accuracy
theres no way NE tomorrow general flow for Aoteroa(thats what it is written in the short forecast)
Also on the radio they give a large area eg northland to taranaki and say fine or cloudy weather.Perhaps lotto would be easier

No barometric easterlies today either,the paper says SW dying out,and ZB says E this afternoon,dont believe it yet.Mild morning at 6am 13°c
