Spectacular Images! 8-o (shame part of the original right-hand side gets cropped off :( )

Davide, I think Foggy may have alluded to this once before but, if you are going to post images or data obtained from other web sites onto this forum, then it's customary to acknowledge the source of the information (ie say where you got it from or who authored it) and respect the original copyright...

In the case above, the photos were taken by Marco Fulle on April 16th, 2010 and the original images, along with explanatory texts, can be found here at Stromboli Online.

Also, some nice images here at Discovery News , incl. Eyjafjajokull erupting against an aurora backdrop.

I hear that Eyjafjallajokull may have to go for a name change shortly as the glacier part may not be there now after the eruption? :-(
