Cloud cleared late this afternoon in Chch - could be a good frost tonight. Still a little snow on the higher Port Hills.
Few accidents and or near accidents on the roads too wee bit icy or people just rushing to work.
-4C start although warmed up fast to 13.4C great day to be out in the sun.
