Hey great pic. Any chance that we can get to use this in the New Zealand Herald newspaper? We would like to get it tonight if possible.... We will of course pay you for using it.

Excellent shot spwill :D :D is that in practice for Tornado alley? :) .
None of that down here just overcast with the odd light patch of drizzle and a welcome 10mm overnight after some moderate to slightly heavy falls.
Cheers
Jason.

Have got the message from Alex. I'm told the photo will be on page 3 of the Herald tomorrow.

I think having Rangitoto in the shot gives the photo much more interest.

Front page of the NZ Herald!, hope you got a good fee for that photo spwill.

Fine morning with cb's through the west but this trough line is coming in during the most stable part of the day.

Nice to see the Lightning photo on the front page of the Herald.

Quite a good line of Cb clouds to the west this morn but they look on the weak side. The line will probably fire up over the warm land later but will be out to our east by then.

Just a shame it's only on the AK edition!

Nice line of heavy showers on the way soon.. low cloud here with fog clearing.. not much of a view of the Cb's.

Had a small thunderstorm pass through Palmy just prior to 12:30. Delivered a quick 6mm of rain.
