report of thunder and heavy rain in Waiuku
that CB looked impressive from behind from here, huge amount of mama!
also reports in off lots of hail between here and waiuku too

Saw that afterwards on puhinui road near ross common rd,went through the area about 2.20pm it was heavy rain couldnt see a thing.

Todays weather was a shock to the system as expected. June conditions. I heard thunder about 2.30pm over SE Auckland way. I was working at Flat Bush, Howick.

Great coldie show here this arvo too:
Today was the 3rd day running I have heard thunder and seen lightning. not bad considering the last time that I saw lightning in Nelson was in June last year! 27.4mm for us from both fronts and the cold pool today.You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
