Remarkable video by iCyclone. Inner eyewall hits from around the 10 minute mark. The destruction from around the 26 minute mark looks like Dorian launched an outbreak of high end mesovortices with the storm surge flattening concrete structures like what you would see from a 4m+ tsunami.
