Castle Hill webcam and weather

Unread post by Skywatcher »

I noticed this on Trevor McGavin's map of weather stations.

There's a Castle Hill village website with weather station and an interesting webcam showing part of the Torlesse Range. Yesterday the snowline was up near the peaks .... much lower today.

Even lower further west - about 5cm in Arthur's Pass Village (about 700m asl) early this morning. (according to post in the ski.com forum by a local resident)
