It seems as if no other science (or scientists of other disciplines) would ever get away with making and stating the assumptions and conclusions being drawn from what appears to me to be manifestly insufficient data.
Other scientists would label claims like those being made by many climate experts as theory, or mere hypothesis, yet I keep hearing the word "fact" all the time in relation to the climate change proponents (on both sides).
