I got 57.7mm of precipitation at this site in Somerfield for September.
52.7mm over the three day period (18-20th)that included snow melt on the 19th. I recorded 19mm over the same period at our new place at West Melton. If it wasn't for the snow event only about 7.4mm would of fallen, probably :-k
Warmest day was the first day of the month where I recorded a 22.5C reading in NW conditions. The last day of the month also was a 22.0C in warm NW conditions.
The lowest max was a max of 6C recorded on Sept 19th, coldest max I have recorded here at the site.
Coldest temperature was minus 0.5C recorded on the morning of Wednesday the 21st, Spring solstace morning.

NIWA's September summary still isn't out yet. :? Their monthly summaries are normally available (online) a few days into the beginning of each new month.

Going by the August report, it takes them 15 days
Checking the Newspapers would be a good option
