ohhh
latest rain radar shows heavy rain over the far north associated with the trough erea associated with TC jim way to the north......which is still moving fast and is still just in 1 piece,,.,,

well, some how we have missed alot of the overnight rain here....
alot of places have had 6mm or so
TC jim has moved along way SE, now to the north of NZ, and looks to be moving more south now...and so things could get interesting...

that moonson low over northern australia has been very pesistant, slowly drifting east....and the tail of it comes all the way to NZ!

had 30mm of rain between 1 and 6 am very nice indeed still very humid

humid alright
21oc dew point here...
30mm is a good fall!
some good cloud builds up here...
something gota happen to clear this humidity...

exactly my thoughts something needs to happen to clear this himudity out noticing that the models slow jim down and curve him to the west North west back into the coral sea again still the space to watch for the next week or so see what he does

i would not trust the models that much.....
i would say it will slowly move se from where it is now

Well it looks like that jim has done his dash now just a low models still have what is left of him moving to the NW

Looks like Jim according to this will annoy top half of the NI as a Tropical Depression going by this site.

I wonder if Jim Hickey named this storm .
If only he was still a TV1 weather presenter, and had to mention the name of the cyclone. That'd be funny :lol:

...the next one may be called Karen. I wonder what Ms. Olsen would have to say about that. ;) :D
I know that TC Toni (Marsh from TV3) would only be a small one :D :D
