According to TV1 Weather, not a drop of rain was recorded at any NZ station today, due to a high over the country. I recall several days ago that some models were predicting a low to form on the cold southerly front as it crossed central NZ on Monday; this low to cover the country on Tuesday and Wednesday.

On Sunday the reports were on about easterlies in the North Island as well

Were back to SW conditions here with one kink in the isobars over the top of the country with it clouding up now and the wind quite blustery now

Warm day here today with no rain,a high of 27 degrees.
Still 18 degrees now at 11.00pm.
