What I did notice about Brian's full graph -apols Gary - that during the periods of hotter days, the wind speed was also correspondingly higher as well. So that relates to convection currents - right? And that's close to the sea...
I'm not sure about the overall averages - it does roughly show on the graph - really need the numbers HEHE!
