Massive High over western Australia

I'm guessing it will screw the low, below it? Sorry if I'm too technical for you.

Will the Low in the low Tasman with two cold fronts, nullify the hHigh above it and force southerlies onto the south island as the BIG High approaches?

Im thinking the High will totally dominate, and the low will go away.
