Re: Forum Talk
A couple of styles are missing this morning sorry guys. I will get these back up when time permits. Have had to revert to an old disk image of the complete server overnight to patch an important security backdoor concerning Webmin - with bad actors potentially running botnet and DDoS attacks from the server, coin mining and so on.
If they did exploit server in some way I would find it highly unlikely they would have targeted the forum software .
But as a precaution, I do recommend changing your password.

Re: Forum Talk
Just been talking to Richard regarding this. He is having problems downloading the forum and all he comes up with a lot of blank spaces, eg. say, in a posting from David for example, all he gets is a blank space.Willoughby wrote: ↑Tue 24/09/2019 06:16 A couple of styles are missing this morning sorry guys. Thanks for the feedback, John.
May I suggest Richard force reloads his browser page by hitting Ctrl and F5 to see if it's a caching issue.
If not can Richard send me a screenshot on this thread, by PM, or email me: [email protected]
Thank you

I see no page Skin when logged in, across multiple browsers. When logged out I see the default skin.

A couple of styles are missing (of which you were using one effected) but I will reactivate when I have time (hopefully tonight). You should be good now in the meantime.Captain Salty wrote: ↑Wed 25/09/2019 13:34 I see no page Skin when logged in, across multiple browsers. When logged out I see the default skin.

AllanStyle-SUBSILVER is back up and available now and I will attempt again with Carbon (black) later tonight.
Clipboard image-paste should work tonight again too.

Re: Forum Talk
I've noticed the forum now automatically inserts inline attachment BBCode when an attachment is finished uploading, wherever the cursor is sitting presently. Personally I find it a bit annoying as it's often not where I want the attachment to be

Running really slowly for me again at the moment. Has been painfully slow at times for quite a while.

Re: Forum Talk
Would it be possible to have a glossary of abbreviations?
I'm finding initials and acronyms bewildering when they're used without a previous full reference in the text.
