NW'ers bringing the warmth! Upper & E'n NI 6th - 8th Oct

Unread post by Willoughby »

Looks set to be very warm this Monday, with the spring high pressure departing out to the NE with the hot temperatures surging off eastern Australia in response to a (mainly) Tasman low.

Especially in the east from Hastings to Ruatoria... the GFS 12z shows 850mb temps rising to over 12C off Hawkes Bay, which could equate to SFC temps to 27C there.

23C atleast here and Auckland for Monday, fingers crossed! 8)
