May Outlook

Unread post by 03Stormchaser »

I cant see this going anywhere productive
I bit premature there Tony.

The long term models do seem to show a very non eventfuled May for Christchurch and the south. I've always found May to be boring as anything here, Auckland seems to do alright out of it, I remeber back a few years when they had a great run on Tstorms day after day.

Rather subjective - "boring" depends on the "boree". The world does contain people other than stormchasers.

I welcome the sunny days with glorious glowing sunsets against the deep indigo blue sky, the crisp mornings and a lovely 25min hard cycle ride to work in a minor frost, no wind to annoy during the day if outside, a chance to savour the autumn colours as the leaves stay on the trees, a lovely fire in the evening, a walk with the other half in the park, a beer and wine with the meal - life is glorious!! Autumn is a pleasure... savour it!

Look on the bright side.

It's only going to get worse. :)
