Anyone heard anything or used the digital rail gauge from Jarcar electronics?

XC0300 Wired Digital rain gauge more info here

I might grab one on my next trip over to Australia ($79 there vs $99 here)

Any info appreciated,

Hiya Graeme,

Hold off on your trip for the moment, the sparkie where I work has (I think) an account with Jaycar. I know he's talked about them frequently. I'll get back to you on Monday if he can secure a better price.

Sorry Graeme, make that "Used" to have an account :/

But he reckons they aren't too over the top with their prices in general - if that's any help?

Cheers
Pete
