Another warm start to the day this morning with fresh Northerly winds, also caught some light showers around midday with a muggy humid smell ( by that i mean rain hitting warm dry surfaces ).
Southerly must have come in during mid afternoon.
Yes nothing thundery on Saturday now unfortunatly although there will be convective clouds about to produce some heavy showers and maybe a thunderstorm inland over the Foothills.
Sure looks like a cold outbreak by this time next week, but ill say no more as its too far out .

been warm for a lot longer than usual tonight, just starting to cool off. its nice to have a little sunlight at this time of evening, and still have it relatively warm compared to full blown summer.

Because of low pitching anticyclones out west, it should get much cooler from now on.

looking a bit overcast today in auckland. the convection is fighting to dominate. might be in for some showers later today, its quite warm out.

It was overhead earlier though the light SW seabreeze has popped up now and the cloud is furthur east now.
