That's the Kiwi Spirit Andrew! Good luck. Remember you may also get funding from the likes of Lotto, Pub Charities, Lions Foundation etc.

What are you going to call this club, Andrew?

May I offer a suggestion of names.

CASH
Canterbury Association of Storm Hunters

KissWA or CSWA
Canterbury Storm and Weather Advocates

The Canterbury Thunderstorm Society as opposed to the NZThS

Storm Hunters Canterbury

The General Weather Society of Canterbury NZ

CWW

The Royal Canterbury Club. The scientists of England call themselves the Royal society which has nothing to do with their name

Weathnuts United.

...just a few. Will think of more later

It won't ever be MY club, John! It'll be everyone's club! And everyone will have a democratic vote on what it will be called!

Yes, I realize that, that's why I threw in a few suggestions.
