TV Weather

Just like to say how much I like the tv3 weather. Here in Rangiora they actually give mention us giving us the 3 expected temperature range over the day.
Not like TV1 who just ignore the surrounding areas like us, Auckland gets North Shore, Manakau, West Auckland.
Wellington get Lower Hutt etc and Dunedin get Mosgiel.

Don't watch TV3 weather as it clashes with the one on TV One.
...but even then there are times I can't be bothered watching TV One's weather as well, as I get all my weather info from the MetService website and also from the CRT site (BlueSkies) plus some others.

Can get details on WW but it doesnt give wind direction let alone rainfall amounts unless exceptional,guess MS does that but is sparodok and when it does its clumsy to navigate,Again the women do a better presentation,the men act quite stupid at times and like watching a comedy than weather unless they eventually have a trained meterologist on.

Jim Hickey started back tonight on TV One's weather and had the usual 'hickey' up of bumble-ing back into it with going on about Wilma being a good name for a mother in law, whatever, not paying attention to the graphs etc, mind you there is a lot going up there with Wlima and Anthony and of course the weather down south, so after his absence from off the weather. The women announcers seem to be better presenters,they love mentioning a wum a roo(oamaru) each time but they know their stuff which is primary.
