Thick high cloud hung round most of the day bar a couple of times when the sun came out, all in all a pleasant day really.

Low risk of an isolated thundershower tomorrow afternoon in the Waikato/BOP but is looking quite low due to the lack of daytime heating at this time of the year.

Yes, looking like a mild day tomorrow with dps about 15C. The upper trough will be moving away though.

There is a slight risk of something thundery end of the week in the north as a strong upper level system crosses.

Off topic but notice the ts over inland Queensland tonight. Slightly unseasonal.

Yea I did notice that, heaps of strikes. GFS has something in line for VIC, southern NSW later on this week with a LI going to and below -4.

Overcast atm with 3.6mm in the guage....

10.0mm here since about midnight (mtd 40.0mm). Still drizzling. Warm overnight temps of around 13C.

We had 7.6mm. Central Howick has some fog this morning. None down the hill where I am though, around 1km away

Very mild 15C (dewpoint the same).

Yes I had been looking forward to some warm sunshine today but there's no sunshine at all...haven't even got the NW that was forecast. Humid 16.6C here
