Great photos Davide.

Is it uncommon to have snow fall at that altitude at that time of year?
Here in Canterbury nz snow can to fall down to 2000m in Mid summer quite regulary (2-3 times every summer). I have seen snow fall down to 1200m in the middle of febuary and 900m in december.

at 2000 metres its not unusual to have snowfalls in mid summer, but not on the first mountains near the plains (mountains that we call: pre-alps)...last week-end snow falled till 800 metres in the switzerland alps, near the border with italy ;)
