last week outside Milan

many towns in the south and west of Milan city have been 120 hours below zero...since last saturday till now...freezeing fog with -5° and snowfalls from fogs everywhere...wonderful atmosphere:

all this with +3/+5 degrees at 850 hpa...the rest of western europe has typical temperatures of late winter/beginning of spring
