I was there(Wgtn) in june 1984 and it was sunny and mild.

Finally a decent frost due to the wind completely dropping this morning: -1.4°C.

There was no frost at home this morning but when I walked down the hill at the bottom of the street at 8am, some of the fields had patches of frost :)

Bit nippy in the north this morn, with Waiouru down to -7C.

Also the year's coldest morn at all 4 of MS's Akld sites, with Akld Aero around 4C and the year's first subzero temp at Ardmore. 8-o

2.4C here (2.3C colder than May 3rd) ... thin ice on the windscreen.

Very cold in the Waikato this morning, a good white frost. Freezing in the motel in Otorohunga tonight, I'm expecting another frost tomorrow. Fingers crossed for no rain.

Misty or fine drizzle through the night, then it cleared;
temp. has fallen away to 1.2 degrees now;
frost has formed on grass and car.

Just a light frost here this morning, Currently -1.5. Have been saved by fog the last few mornings.
