One can always tell where N.Z is .ie has the lowest heat index,may be a good thing in summer but now in winter its totally different ;)

Why does the index keep moving north again at times like the trend the last 3 days for the index though the sun is getting higher-hence stronger and I thought it wasnt done on the cloudiness either :?:
