A mild 3.9°C this morning here, the wind didnt settle which kept the temp up.

it got to 2 odd degrees thismorning at my place at around 5am but then jumped back to 4 ish when the wind jumped up again.

Still no sign of a frost this year in ChCh. 3.1 dgrees is the lowest I've had at home for 2012 on March 26

Looking at long range we may even get through April without one, early days though

Did you reset the elevation offset on the station when it moved, I have noticed that your around 1 hPa too low.
Hamilton AWS, my station is on 1037 hPa.

Overnight low of 11.2C here at 2:35am. Bit of cloud around.

Akld generally looks like it was warmer than Thurs morn, although I see Ak Aero was again down to 8C, Whenuapai to 6C and I think maybe even 5C for Ardmore. Whangaparoa closer to 15C.

On another note, I see MS show Akld Aero on 22C between noon and 3pm yesterday? I suspect that should be about 20C (as per their TV-temps). Will check later.

I think Rickys WD got to 20.4 off memory yesterday,its usually warmer than airport in calm weather.

I see Auckland Airport has had only 4 days with a maximum temperature below 20C in the last 30 days and no days with the maximum below 19C. Only 1 day with a minimum temperature below 10C there.
