Some photos taken by me yesterday afternoon with my new reflex Nikon D3100 in the Groane natural protected park, that's located in north-west Milan. It's a park full of animals and species of trees typical of north Europe, like Birches (Betula) and Scots Pines (Pinus Sylvestris).

Very nice; I bet it looks spectacular in autumn too, when all those birch trees turn gold.

Re: Milan's Groane Natural Park
yes!! i'm looking forward of autumn!!! the best period is the end of october...but it's spectacular also in early spring, when the birches begin to get light green and the grass is still dry, burnt by the frost of the winter just past!Orion wrote:Very nice; I bet it looks spectacular in autumn too, when all those birch trees turn gold.
