Good to see the strong winds and cold air gone from the modelling as we had through the first few weeks of Oct.

A sw seabreeze this side of the City, 22C, the dewpoint is 14C, possibly some sea breeze convergence cloud this afternoon

Had some nice weather in Sydney, sunny low 20s, a storm would have been nice but their storm season is running late this year

A warm 23°C reached around 4 PM today, not a bad high temp

Some sea breeze convergence for parts of AK this afternoon but it stayed dry. Calm conditions are typical under the sea breeze convergence .

The official maximums today, Auckland 21C, Tauranga 21C, Hamilton 23C, Wellington 21C, Christchurch 21C, Dunedin 18C.

Yes, it was foggy on the way to work this morning from Templeton inwards. Nice and fine and sunny here although very moist on the grass from the overnight dew, which even produced an edible mushroom
Southerly breezes again for much of the day but I see it's gone back to the NE now.
Warm this afternoon but not the 25C that they were forecasting.

26 degrees here today with a light NW, looks like its about to go Easterly or Southerly with low cloud in the distance.

Interesting convergence went through around a quarter past 7 from the SE.
Strong and cold wind gusts and some unstable rolling billow cloud moving away to the NW. Took some photos.
The temperature dropped from 17C down to 12C in a half an hour.

According to MetService the max temperature for Eastern Suburbs Christchurch yesterday was 13.4 C while their forecast max was 25C.
