-0.1 degree frost this morning, everything nice and crunchy. Coldest day of the year for us here in Tawa.

There was frost in patches, sheltered away from any wind, but nothing in exposed areas.
Air minimum of 3.3C but could of been zero or below in wind sheltered areas around trees etc.

bigger frost this morning even though it only got down to -1.9

lighter here,the sensor gauge shows -3.7 while the mercury gauge is on -4deg,-4.5 ground temp.

Coldest morning so far this winter, -6 air temp at 7:30 and -8.6 ground frost.

Yeah frozen car doors here too, -2.2 currently. -5 up in Fairlie.

No frost here, but very dewey :smile:
... but across the road in 'exposed' sheltered areas of the shelter-belt, there were frost patches which would indicate that light frosting on the ground, occured :-$

Frost are getting lighter each morning,-1.5deg and -2deg ground frost.
