I'm looking at increasing my NZ Weather book collection and thought it might be a good idea of building a list of what is out there too read.

I will get the ball rolling with a couple of well know books:

The New Zealand Weather Book, by Eric Brenstrum. Probably the most well known read.

The Weather and Climate of Australia and New Zealand, by Andrew P. Sturman & Nigel J. Tapper is another great technical book.

I have those 2 weather books, also the 2 weather books that TV One, now TVNZ, put out in 1978.
Also, I have the book put out by Alex A. Neale in 1987 "Weather Forecasting in New Zealand" published by the NZ Meteorological Service in 1987.
I have lots of other weather books, which do have NZ references in them, plus photos.
