Is the line of average pressure (boundary between anticyclones and depressions) 1015 milibars?

Weatheronline.co.nz uses 1013 hPa as the boundary. I don't think it can truly be thought of as a boundary between what is an anticyclone and what is a depression though, rather it shows areas of above normal and below normal pressure. The NZ average is about 1013 hPa from memory.

I use 1013.2 hPa, but in saying so, there can be be depressions in anticyclone/ridge areas and highs in areas of low pressure.

Highs and Lows are relative, not absolute, so there is no fixed, permanent global boundary between them.
