Much more in the hills around the Amuri Basin Richard when i was in them today, water running down the road sides and small streams with colour.

The rain we got in this area should setup the farmers for a good start to the spring

Its still snowing ❄ here at Mt Cook. Quite an amazing day up here. Home in the morning hopefully after the grader goes thru

I notice Golden Cross rainguage in the Coromandel got 300mm in 24hrs. Waihi about 180mm. Orographic low topped convection.
