I see that its from Germany...I think..but its rotating the wrong way for the northern hemisphere? (can happen)

I get annoyed when people film things that way. You get it a lot on the news. >_<

its like that because its been recorded from a phone (depends on the quality of the phone and how it was held (upright or horizontal etc)
surely its better than nothing (I would not be complaining, its lucky that someone was able to video it at all)

The accents sound southern Africa and bare playing fields too looks like something you see there, dont see bare fields in Germany

There was also another dust-devil/whirl-wind in western Germany on June 2nd local time…

Note that the Leipzig dust-devil appears to spinning anticlockwise (opposite to the 'Cologne' dust-devil), whereas this UK dust-devil video shot last month is spinning clockwise.

Why don't people use decent cameras to film these things?
Ive got a cheap cell phone and it takes good full screen shots. :wave:
