I must make a correction from a week ago, i posted that there's been no rain here this month. i forgot to click the ' Show Cumulative Total ' , we've in fact had 4.2mm

And Wellington's dry spell continues...

A total residential sprinkler and irrigation ban is now in place.

Grand total of 0.4mm of November Rain in our new patch (Halswell). That one brief shower on the evening of Nov 8th is the only rain we've had since we moved in at Labour Weekend. Remarkable.

As Nev is not updating the monthly summaries I will provide a summary for November.

Cromwell average daily Max for the month was 25.1C!
Wanaka 22.7C.

Lincoln recorded 0 rainfall. Christchurch Airport 1mm!

Greymouth recorded 252hrs sunshine.

New Plymouth still logging totals beyond credibility in the warmer months - 310 hours in this case.
