Once TC Ona develops itself further and drifts south or SW, will this be the end of of 30C temperatures we have been experiencing over the past few weeks?
Could be change in the weather as I have noticed the surface anticyclone pressures,passing over, are quite low?

Yes. After the end of the month we will move into the MJO phases which favour more west to southwest airflow, so although some mild days are still likely in eastern areas, we won't see the HoT temperatures of recent weeks when there has been more of a northerly component. Plus, 30deg days are a lot less likely in March than in February (although still possible).

Its rain that is mostly wanted, dont mind this hot weather though, grown the best Kumara ever so far.

So for the north island GFS shows nothing for the next 10 days. The EC Shows a decent drop of rain. I’ll believe it when it’s predicted 3 days out haha.
