Re: Frosts 2019
IMHO, if I don't see at least about -2.5 at some stage during this incoming prolonged high then there is something going on with the climate.

Re: Frosts 2019
Down to minus 2.1C this morning, resulting in a perfect winter's day with no cloud and wind.
Looks like it will be like this for the rest of the week to end off June.

Re: Frosts 2019
Mildish breeze out there now. Don't think will get a frost until Wednesday morning but might be six in a row from then on.

Re: Frosts 2019
Down to -2.1 so far. Fog is thick but not dense or dense but not thick. Anyway I can see blue sky above me but can’t see much more than 100m

Re: Frosts 2019
Only got to -1.3, only below -1 for 30min. No wind all night, crystal clear. Hmmm.cbm wrote:I predict -1.8 for my low tomorrow morning, see how close I get.

Colder this morning, -2.0. Will see tomorrow if this is a trend.

Re: Frosts 2019
My station about 1.2C above the same time last night which might mean it won't go any lower overnight than it did last night.

Re: Frosts 2019
Must have had some passing cloud or some breeze overnight, clear now and just trying to drop to 0 before the sun comes up.cbm wrote:My station about 1.2C above the same time last night which might mean it won't go any lower overnight than it did last night.
