Re: Frosts 2019
Frosty overnight but that went off early prior to sunrise as there was a bit of cloud cover when I went out and got the paper at 6:30am, this morning and 6C.

All the drizzle and clagg cleared away to provide us with a good white frost this morning. Down to minus 2.

Re: Frosts 2019
Actually had few decent ground frosts this year. Normally water pipes freeze at some point but not this year

Re: Frosts 2019
Heavier frosts this winter here too but nothing like 15 -20 years ago. Our house is on piles so the cold water pipe would freeze there before entering the house, its on the eastern side and would always melt by 9.00-10.00am so not a major, been a few years now since it's frozen.
An even lighter frost this morning, daughter#2 had to use hot water on her car windows yet the temp is still +3.8
