Live weather camera recommendations?

Hi there,
I've just moved into an apartment that has a beautiful view of the sunset over west Auckland.
I was wondering if someone could recommend a decent (but not too expensive) camera to set up an online live stream? I tried with my IP security camera but the brightness just makes it ugly.

It might be worth making your own filter for the camera. I've done something similar with sunglass lenses and window tint film etc.
