I was sent this recently of an unseen angle of the March 8th Waimate Tornado. I can always remember this day, still kicking myself we didn't head south when conditions looked so good

I remember this tornado and the events of the day in Christchurch.
The funnel cloud had an unusual bend in it, not a straight funnel.
