Thanks Nev. That certainly was a baking high it recorded on the 4th. On a clear day when the only cap on temp is a Westerly sea breeze from Raglan, the area around the lake can get very warm going by local PWS, it takes even longer than Cambridge town for a breeze to work in there.

That position explains its lack of very low temperatures in Winter also.
